Awenda Provincial Park has a first come, first served allowance for vehicle permits purchased at the gates. We would highly suggest you obtain your daily vehicle permit for Awenda Provincial Park in advance (and can do so up to five days prior) to guarantee your day use spot at this park. There is a $125 charge for entering the park without a vehicle permit and a $30 fee for not displaying your permit as instructed. Shoot for the Stars assumes no responsibility for any charges you may incur while visiting the park. Please follow all park rules. Shoot for the Stars also reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee if photoshoot is missed as a result of not obtaining a vehicle permit in advance and permits are sold out and therefore cannot enter the park.
Instructions
Drive all the way down Awenda Park Road. Park in parking lot for Wendat Trail Parking and follow signage to Kettle’s Beach / Landing.

**Payment Options:**
Payments can be made online, via Stripe. You will find the links on your invoice and/or confirmation notice. You are able to use your bank account or credit card for payment. There is also an option for a pay in 4 payment plan.
**Punctuality:**
Please plan to arrive 15 minutes early to allow for any preparations needed before we start.
It's important to arrive on time as late arrivals will push into other shoots I have planned for the day.
**Children That Are Part Of The Shoot**
We highly recommend arriving to the location very early to allow small children to adjust their environment, and to wake up from any car naps that may have happened on the drive over. Try to keep newborns awake for an hour or 2 (if possible) before shoot and feed right before shoot begins.
**Cancellation Policy: **
Please be aware that last-minute cancellations are subject to a cancellation fee.
